The ESI ID search is for the Texas ERCOT market. It allows you to look-up and search an address to get the ESI ID, the meter read cycle that shows when the smart meter is read each month, allows you to see if there is a switch hold on the account, and finally allows you to see the historical move in and switches for the meter (ESI ID).
